Since 1948 the Jaeger family has been serving New Orleans the freshest local seafood and traditional New Orleans cuisine. Now, Chef Andrew Jaeger has brought this New Orleans favorite to the Northshore, carrying on 60 years of serving you.

A message from Chef Andrew Jaeger:

First of all, let me tell you the sad news… Andrew Jaeger’s New Orleans Seafood & Steaks is closed. After careful thought about the future and my well-being, I’ve decided to close operations and put the business up for sale. I think this place was a success and I want to thank every one of you for your part in it. I want to concentrate my future cooking to a more personal experience for my guests. What I want is to gather local ingredients myself and present them from my hand to your palate. I want to present them in traditional New Orleans ways with a few twists and turns. I'll keep you posted as to future plans via this website.
