Andrew Jaeger's New Orleans Seafood & Steaks
New Orleans culture has always paid special attention to the important role that music plays in everyday life.  "When I was growing up, just about everyone in my family either played an instrument or sang at family functions.  Food and music always went hand-in-hand," reflects Chef Andrew Jaeger.

In keeping with the true tradition of the city, Chef Jaeger has incorporated his passion for music into his restaurant.  Cultivating a Jazz and Blues show modeled after New Orleans dinner clubs from decades past.

Known to many as the "singing chef", Chef Jaeger often surprises diners after a long night of preparing food, when he sings some of his favorite songs from New Orleans' golden era.
