Traditional New Orleans crab stuffing full of sweet Louisiana crab meat, flash fried, then topped with more crab in a garlic butter sauce.
Gulf shrimp lightly tossed in a creamy cheese sauce with a hint of tomato, placed atop a round garlic brushed Italian bread, then topped with fresh mozzarella , provolone & romano cheeses, baked till golden brown. Served with salad.
